My order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks and customer service can’t tell me why or where it is.

Good quality

It arrived a bit broken, but I like the product. I my opinion it soaks too fast, I would prefer it it remained crunchy a bit longer. But it is good!

First time order

Once I worked out how to navigate the website to do my shopping the order went well. Amongst other things I bought several boxes of Oatibix. The order arrived about when I expected it and was all in order, not least the Oatibix survived the delivery intact. It would be nice to be able track the delivery end-to-end more thoroughly.
