Roasted by Taylors I believe. 'Single Origin' doesn't tell us much, is it single farm, farmer, producer, crop or region, we don't know. I wouldn't describe the roast as dark, certainly nowhere near French-roast and all the better for it.

Well balanced, works well as pour-over and very good as cold brew (1:12 ratio). Not my go-to for espresso but is surprisingly good; 18g basket giving a 36g yield. Doesn't need milk IMHO. £7.50 at M&S
