This is False. Bpost has warned me that my package has arrived at the customs office on January 23, 2023, and has stayed already 7 days staying at the douane for an extra investigation of the local authorities. Presumably you have not provided all the necessary information or paperwork. I might be asked to pay for the prolonged procedure and storage time. Which would be also contradicting other statements on the webpage mentioned above.
Yet today, 01/02/2023 BPOST, the carrier you have chosen for delivery, is not able to deliver, because the parcel is stuck at the douane. The about 440 Km from the parcel departure location to the customs site in Belgium has taken at least 1128 hours, travelling at a speed of 0.39 km/hr (0,24 MPH) and not yet reaching the final destination at this moment!
