Great biscuit bitter aftertaste

I would give these biscuits a five star if it didn't have that bitter after taste that leaves the mouth feeling less than desirable. I've had tortas before and I'm not sure if it's because of the olive oil or maybe it was a bad batch or if they are past the due date to consume by....these would be excellent but i had to throw out the entire package because it was "bitter".
